About Nar Ouse

Nar Ouse Business Park includes employment land and integrated public facilities within close proximity to transport connections.

Following a £60-million public infrastructure project the 48ha Nar Ouse Regeneration Area site has been transformed and can now offer a range of commercial development opportunities.

The 15 hectares of employment land within the Enterprise Zone will feature a range of quality accommodation including incubator workshops, office space and industrial and warehousing units as shown in the updated masterplan for the Nar Ouse Business Park.

The site may be particularly suited to hi-tech and light manufacturing industries as well as developers seeking to create start-up office space and smaller commercial units.

A maturing public park provides an attractive focal point at the center of the development and makes the most of the riverside location.

The masterplan outlines the layout and opportunities presented on the site.

Construction works are underway on phase 1 buildings with speculative office and light industrial premises available alongside land on a freehold or leasehold basis from 2023.
